Karla Ferrari – CEO/ President

Karla Ferrari, Chief Executive Officer, and President was instrumental in the founding and development of Complete Logistics Support, Inc. (CLS) in 2017. She negotiated the total asset purchase of Datalis Solutions Corporation and established and formed a new company, CLS.

John Ferrari – Senior Vice President

John Ferrari co-founded Complete Logistics Support, Inc. (CLS) in 2017 with his wife Karla Ferrari, after a 28-year career in the Product Support (Logistics Domain) for companies both large and small.

Scott Petry – Comptroller

Scott Petry helped form CLS in August 2017 after spending 10 years as a Controller at a Support and Sustainability Services company in Montvale, NJ. His experience includes financial auditing, 401(k) auditing, tax prep & strategy, process consulting, internal control testing, research, training, bookkeeping, payroll taxes, and due diligence.

Louis Russo – Business Development and Programs

Louis Russo joined CLS in August of 2017 as the Director of Business Development and a Senior Program Manager.  Lou is responsible for identifying business opportunities, expanding our current customer base and is a member of the Executive Management Team.  He also serves as a program manager for several CLS programs and provides the expertise that our customers come to expect in the area of post-production support.

Helen Quinn – Human Resources

Helen is an experienced and self-motivated Human Resource/Office Manager for Complete Logistics Support, Inc. with 10 years of industry experience in the Human Resource field.  Having come from a public relations, sales and banking background, Helen brings a plethora of unique skills to the table that have served the Company well, especially when it comes to employee and customer relations. As a highly competent communicator, she is skilled in implementing programs that foster a sense of “family” amongst the CLS, Inc. employees.
