Helen Quinn – Human Resources

Helen is an experienced and self-motivated Human Resource/Office Manager for Complete Logistics Support, Inc. with 10 years of industry experience in the Human Resource field.  Having come from a public relations, sales and banking background, Helen brings a plethora of unique skills to the table that have served the Company well, especially when it comes to employee and customer relations. As a highly competent communicator, she is skilled in implementing programs that foster a sense of “family” amongst the CLS, Inc. employees.

As the point of contact for our employees, she oversees the daily operations of the NJ and FL office, handling employee communications, onboarding, bill paying, payroll, benefits administration, company travel, etc.

Since the landscape of Human Resource is ever changing Helen is currently a SHRM-CP certified professional.  She is presently training for the senior level SHRM-SCP certification to strengthen her skills as the company grows to be able to transition to a more strategic level of training and stay up to date on the latest trends and labor laws and regulations. 

Together with CLS, Inc.’s management, she strives to exceed both employee and customer satisfaction by developing relationships and putting into effect policies that listen to the voice of the employee/customer to promote a positive work culture.
