Complete Logistics Support, Inc. (CLS) is a Woman-Owned Small Business committed to providing full-service Integrated Product Support, Logistics, and Engineering Services to the Defense and Commercial business sectors.
Launched in 2017
CLS was launched in August 2017 by Karla and John Ferrari with headquarters in Elmwood Park, New Jersey and recently opened a new office in Panama City, Florida in April of 2022.
A Growing Team
Karla and John transitioned 11 employees, that had been supporting their previous company for the past 15 years and have continued to grow CLS to over 60 strong. In April 2022, CLS opened a new office in Panama City, Florida.

Our team can meet any challenge with Integrated Product Support (IPS) Specialists (Logisticians), Certified Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) Specialists, Technical Writers, Instructional System Designers (Trainers), and Logistics Engineers that support customers’ locations throughout the United States and internationally.

CLS has a staff of experienced Engineers (System, Design, Digital, RF, and Software) that support our Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) partners on-site.
