Complete Logistics Support (CLS) is a Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) committed to providing full-service Integrated Product Support, Logistics, and Engineering Services to the Defense and Commercial business sectors.
Launched in 2017
CLS was launched in August 2017 by Karla and John Ferrari with headquarters in Elmwood Park, New Jersey and recently opened a new office in Panama City, Florida in April of 2022.

For over 15 years, Karla and John have grown CLS to include more than 60 people consisting of a team of highly trained, certified, specialists.

Our team can meet any challenge with Integrated Product Support (IPS) Specialists (Logisticians), Certified Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) Specialists, Technical Writers, Instructional System Designers (Trainers), and Logistics Engineers that support Customers’ locations throughout the United States.

CLS has a staff of experienced Engineers (System, Design, Digital, RF, and Software) that support our Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) partners on-site. Our team is experienced in both domestic and international Defense programs.
